As one of Turkey's leading and most experienced environmental consulting companies, CINAR Engineering Consultancy and Project Services Ltd. (CINAR) has completed over 400 scientific and technical reports for governmental and non-governmental organizations during its 14 year existence.
CINAR has the Competency License issued by the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Forestry, under national law number 25318 dated December 16, 2003, authorizing qualified companies to prepare Environmental Impact Assessment Reports for clients. This license was obtained on March 13, 2007.
CINAR is a leader in its field and has attained the coveted ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate. Our fundamental expertise is in environmental consulting, environmental engineering, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), environmental monitoring and control during building and operational phases of constructions, survey, baseline studies, land surveys for investments, site selection, soil survey, route survey, risk assessment and emergency response plans.
CINAR Engineering has a "Competency Certificate" for preparing Emergency Response Plans in case of oil and the other harmful substance spills in coastal facilities.
CINAR Engineering has the "Competency License" issued by the Turkish Undersecretaries for Maritime Affairs to prepare technical reports such as feasibility reports and modeling studies for coastal facilities.
CINAR's staff has expert knowledge in the Environmental Assessment and Monitoring Methods of the World Bank and the European Union, as well as their global policies and regulations. Depending on the client's request, staff are able to prepare environmental reports in both English and Turkish. ÇINAR's technical professionals have a strong background in Turkish environmental regulations, environmental technologies and public policy issues relating to the environment. CINAR's professionals are highly experienced in coordinating with public and private institutions and preparing required documentation and providing expert analysis for their reports.
In addition CINAR also has experienced, highly qualified staff working on management plans (Wetland Management Plan), bio-restoration projects, social survey studies, forest permits, mining and related activities, Long Term Development Plans conducted under the authorization of the General Directorate of National Parks.
