ÇINAR ENGINEERING

CINAR Engineering Consultancy and Project Services Ltd. (ÇINAR) is an experienced company comprised of a team of highly trained professionals in the areas of environmental engineering and consulting.  Today there are over 40 engineers and experts from different disciplines working for CINAR. 

CINAR has the competency certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Forestry for the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports.  CINAR has prepared reports for the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Forestry, World Bank, European Development Bank, European Investment Bank, Asian Development Bank, International Finance Corporation, KFW, among other international financial institutions.  All reports are prepared according to each individual institution's required standards. 

When needed, CINAR utilizes professors and deans from various universities for further expert analysis on projects.
CINAR Engineering holds a competency certificate from the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Forestry for preparing Emergency Response Plans in case of oil and the other harmful substance spills in coastal facilities. In addition, CINAR Engineering, in accordance with Turkish coastal laws, is authorized by the Turkish Undersecretaries for Maritime Affairs to prepare technical reports such as feasibility reports and modeling studies for coastal facilities.

CINAR Engineering owns an accredited environmental laboratory equipped with the latest environmental testing technology and staffed by well experienced scientific professionals.  CINAR Environmental and Measurement Laboratory is accredited by the internationally recognized TÜRKAK.  In addition CINAR Environmental and Measurement Laboratory also holds a competency certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Forestry. The laboratory conducts analysis in air quality, stack emissions, water quality, waste water, sea water, heavy metals, and noise and vibration measurements.

CINAR works within the framework of quality systems.  The workings of CINAR are created within the capacity of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
